Ingredients


For the Dough:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm water

2 tbsp olive oil


For the Toppings:

1 cup cooked chicken (grilled or shredded)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

½ cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish



Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

2. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

3. Roll Out the Dough:

Punch down the dough and roll it into a 12-inch circle. Place it on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

4. Add Sauce and Toppings:

Spread marinara or pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle half the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, and olives.

Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle oregano and basil.

5. Bake:
