Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Korean instant ramyeon (such as Shin Ramyeon, Samyang, or any brand you prefer)
• 1 egg
• 550 ml of water
• Optional: Vegetables (like green onions, spinach), meat (like beef or pork), or cheese
Instructions:
1. Boil the Water: Bring about 550 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the Noodles: Once the water is boiling, add the ramyeon noodles. Let them cook for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the Seasoning: Add the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles. Stir well to make sure the seasoning is fully mixed.
4. Add the Egg: Crack an egg into the pot with the noodles and let it cook. You can:
• Soft-boiled: Cook for about 1-2 minutes for a runny yolk.
• Hard-boiled: Cook for 3-4 minutes for a firmer yolk.
5. Optional Additions: You can also add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or green onions, or even a slice of cheese to enhance the flavor.
6. Serve: Once the egg is cooked to your liking, remove the pot from heat and serve the ramyeon hot.
