Ingredients:
- 300g of canned tuna, drained
- 150g of cooked jasmine rice
- 1 medium cucumber, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 100g of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 5 large lettuce leaves, for wrapping
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
