Ingredients:

  • 300g of canned tuna, drained
  • 150g of cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 100g of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 5 large lettuce leaves, for wrapping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
